About Us

Meet Todd Grover

Founder, RotorServ

I’m Todd Grover, founder of RotorServ. I started this company because I saw a growing need in the rotorcraft industry for dependable, high-quality maintenance services. As helicopter operations continue to expand, I wanted to build a service grounded in experience, integrity, and a pilot’s understanding of what reliable maintenance truly means.

My aviation career began over 25 years ago when I enlisted in the United States Air Force as an F-15 Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic. After nearly a decade of military service, I transitioned to civilian aviation, earning my rotorcraft flight ratings—including Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII), which I still maintain today.

Shortly after flight school, I leveraged my Air Force maintenance background to earn my Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license. That dual perspective—both as a pilot and a mechanic—shapes everything I do. I approach each job with precision, care, and a deep understanding of both flight operations and mechanical systems.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work across a wide range of missions and environments:

• Herding cattle out of Dutch Harbor, Alaska

• Drying cherry trees with a Sikorsky S-58

• Conducting powerline inspections in MD500s and Bell 206B3s

• Agricultural spraying in UH-12s, R44s, and B206B3s

• Performing precision long-line work with the Sikorsky S-58T

• Providing flight instruction to new generations of pilots

From the cockpit to the hangar, I’ve seen what it takes to keep helicopters flying safely and efficiently. At RotorServ, we bring that same level of dedication to every aircraft we service—because when it comes to rotorcraft, there’s no substitute for experience.

At RotorServ, our mission is to provide professional rotorcraft maintenance services with a focus on safety, efficiency, and personal attention. We’re committed to keeping you flying—with confidence.

RotorServ is a veteran-owned company grounded in the values of integrity, reliability, and precision. I bring a pilot’s mindset and a mechanic’s skill set to every service—ensuring your aircraft is not only airworthy, but truly mission-ready.
